Telephone mute characteristics (PHONE)

If a telephone system with handsfree unit is installed in the vehicle, the
telephone conversation can be conducted via the car radio system. Thus,
installation of the normally required additional loudspeaker is not necessary.
However, the signal cables (AF - telephone input and earth - telephone input)
must be connected to the car radio (see page 29).
In order to activate, request user menu then set PHONE using the right rotary
control. Then, the multifunction buttons " " or " " can be used to select
between
PH OFF
PH ON
are selected. The setting is effective immediately after actuating the
multifunction button.

Viewing angle setting (ANGLE)

Request user menu, then set ANGLE using the right rotary control. Using the
multifunction buttons " " or " " enables a choice between four different
viewing angle settings (VIEW 1-4) for the display. The setting is effective
immediately after actuating the multifunction button.
