Care and cleaning of stainless steel
Some mcdels are equipped with stainless steel exterior
parts, Specic-tcare and cleaning are required for
maintaining the appearance of stainless parts, Refer to
the General Care & Cleaning table Br detailed cleaning
i nstr uctions,
Removing and replacing the lifboff
oven door
CAUTION
The door is he_,/y, For safe, ternporary storage, lay the
door flat with the Inside of the door facing down,
To Remove Oven Door=
1, Cpen oven door completely (horizontal with floor -
See Figure :L).
2, Pull the door hinge locks on botfl left and right
door hinges down from the oven frarre completely
towards the oven door (See Figure 2). A tool such as
a small fl_-biade screwdriver _na;, be required.
3. Firnty grasp both sides of oven door etong the door
sid_ (Do not use the oven door handle - See Rgure 3),
4. Close the door to the broil stop poslllon (the oven
door will stop into this position just before fully
closing).
5, "?_i_ the oven door in the broil stop position, lift the
oven door hinge arms over the roller pins located on
each ,side of the oven fran-e. (See Figure 4).
To Replace Oven Door:
1, Firnty gra_. both sides of oven door atong the door
sides (Do no_ use the o,,/en door handle - S_ Figure 3).
2, Holding the oven door at the san_ angle as the
removal position, seat the hook of the hinge arm over
the roller pins located on each sde of the oven door
fiarr_ (See Figure 4). _he hook of the hinge arm_
must be flJlly se;£ed onto the roller pins,
3, Fully open the oven door (horizontal with floor - See
Figure 1)
4, Push bhe door hinge locks up towards and into the
oven flame on both left and right oven door hinges
(See Figure 2) to the locked posltJon.

oven doors contain glass that can break,
Read the flallowing reco mmendatJons:
1, Do not close the oven door until all the oven racks are
fiJlly in place,
2, Do not hit the gl_s with po_, paysi or any other
&_ject,
3, Scratching, hitting, jarring or strewing the glass may
weaken its st_-ucture causing an increased risk of
breakage at a later lj me,
Changing oven light
CAUTION
Be gJre the oven is unplugged and all parts are COOL
before replacing the oven light bulb Do not turn
the oven light on during a selfdeaning c:,de, High
temperature will reduce larrp life,
On some rr_dels an interior oven light will tJJrn on
automatically when the oven is opened. The oven light
may be turned on when the door is closed by using the
oven light switch located on tile Electronic Oven control.
The oven light bulb is covered with a glass shield held
in place by a wire holder, THIS GLASS SHIELD MJST
ALWAYS BE IN PLACE WHEN THE OVEN :IS IN USE,
CAUTION
BE SURE OVEN IS COOL

Replace bulb with a 40 Watt
appliance bulb only,
