Getting to know
the Advontium
The Advc]ntium oven uses
breakthrough Speedcook technology
to harness the power of light. The
Advantium oven cooks the outside
of foods much like conventional
radiant heot, while olso penetroting
the surface so the inside cooks
simultaneously.
While hologen light is the primory
source of power, o ceromic heoter
ossists in the cooking, with o
"microwove boost" odded in some
cooking olgorithms. Food cooks evenly
ond fost, retoining its noturol moisture.
The Advantium oven is capoble of
speedcooking, convection baking,
broiling, toasting, warming, proofing
and microwaving. The Speedcook
feature is the biggest benefit of the
Advc]ntium oven.
No preheating is required to
speedcook. Place the food in the
oven ond stort cooking immediotely.
Time is saved because there is no
preheat and because speedcook
cooks faster.
