Washer pump filter mag • CleanPumpFilter- Openthe pump accessdoor (usea coin)
be clogged andremove the pump filter by turning it counterclockwiseand
pulling out. Cleanthe filter,removing all loose debris,and put filter
back in place.
Automatic load redistribution • Remainingtime display has changed as the machinehas
redistributedthe load once or twice.This is normal operation.
Donothing;the machinewill finishthe wash cycle.
Loud or unusual noise; Cabinet moving • Washer is designedto move 1/4" to reduceforces
vibration or shaking transmitted to the floor,This movement is normal.
All rubber leveling legsare not • Pushand pull on the back right andthen back left of your
firmly touching the floor washer to check if it is level.If the washeris uneven,adjust
the rubber levelinglegsso they are all firmly touchingthe
floor,Yourinstallershould correctthis problem.
Unbalancedload • Opendoor and manually redistributeload.To check
machine,run rinseand spinwith no load. If normal,
unbalancewas caused by load.
Whistling • 5teamAssist or 5teamREFRESH is selected.Thisis normal
operationfor the selectedsteam modes.
Clothes too wet Drain hoseis kinked or • Straightendrain hoseand makesure washer is not
