1. Snapoffhingecoverattopof cabinet
(somemodels) .With the freezer door
closed,removethetwoscrewsattaching
upperhingeto cabinet. Liftthehingeup
and off. Be sure to save screws and
hinge forreassembly later.

4. Removehingepin, hinge,andthetwo
bolts attaching thelower hinge. Savethe
hinge, hinge pin, washer (some
models)andboltsforreassembly later.
Yourrefrigerator i sequipped withconvertible doorhinges. Hinging ofthedoorcan
be changedto theoppositesideanytimeyouwish.An envelopecontaining extra
plastic holeplugs isincluded inscmemodels. T urntherefrigerator control toOFF.
Removeallfood,bottles, andotheritemsfromthedoor.Beginwithfreezer door.
Co_oletely removeonedoorbeforebeginningtheother.

2. Openthefreezerdcorenoughtoallow
ittoheliftedoff t hecenter hinge.
3. Withtherefrigeratordoor closed,remove
centerhinge pin. (Notethearrangementof
the upper and lower washers (somemodels)
on the hinge pin. The washers must be
assembled later in the same manner. )Open
refrigerator doorenoughtoallowdoor tobe
liftedoff the lowerhinge. Remove the two
screws attaching thecenter hir_e.Thethird
outermost screw under the center hinge
shouldbeleftinplace.Savehinge,pin,and
washers (some models) for reassembly
later. Reinstall s crews inoriginalholes.
