5. Rotate e ach retaining clip
clockwise andpress down until i t
snaps i ntoplace over t hehandle.
Ifthehandle h asexcessive
movement, itis improperly
installed. Check t hefollowing.
A. Are bothtabsinside the
handle ( Step #3)?
B. Does each clippass through
boththesaddle a ndhandle
(Step #4)?
ToAssemble Wheels
It will benecessary
to brace orsupport
onesideoftheaircompressor
when installing t hewheels because
thecompressor will have a
tendency t otip,
1. Attach wheels withshoulder
bolts andnuts asshown.
2. Tighten securely. NOTE: Theair
compressor
willsitlevel i fthe
wheels areproperly installed.
Thewheeis and
handme donot
provide adequate c learance,
stability or support f orpulling the
unitupanddownstairs or steps,
Theunitmustbe
lifted, or pushed
up a ramp,
Assemble
Rubber
Feet
1.
Attach rubber feet with the
screws, washers and nuts
provided as shown in figure
below.
2.
Tighten securely.

in the pump upon receipt

due to plant testing
and does not
mean the pump contains

NOTE: Use an air compressor
oil
such as Sears item number 9-16426
or SAE-20 (API CG/CD heavy duty
motor oil. Under extreme winter
conditions
use SAE-10 weight oil.
