Grasp and pull to Install [resh batteries immediately
removethermostat, when the REPLACE BATT w arning begins

Turn thermostat over,
insert fresh AA alkaline
batteries, then reinstall
thermostat
If batteries are fl_serted withfl_ 1
mflmte, the tfl_-ie and day will not have
to be re_t. All other setth_gs are
permanently stored h_ memory, and
do not require batte W power.
