Managing the indicated problems

If a problem should occur inside the projector, the light source indicator <LIGHT>/temperature indicator <TEMP> will inform you by lighting or
flashing.
Check the status of the indicators and manage the indicated problems as follows.
Attention
f When switching off the projector to deal with problems, make sure to follow the procedure in "Switching off the projector" ( x page 34).
f Check the status of the power supply with the power indicator <ON (G)/STANDBY (R)>. ( x page 32)
Light source indicator <LIGHT>
Indicator status
Status The light source may not light normally. The light source does not turn on or turns off unexpectedly.
Cause
Solution Set the <MAIN POWER> switch to <OFF> ( x page 34), and turn on the power again.
Note
f If the light source indicator <LIGHT> still lights or flashing after taking the preceding measures, set the <MAIN POWER> switch to <OFF>
( x page 34), and ask your dealer to repair the unit.
