  • Page 11 DIRECTION KEYLESS CHUCK REVERSE OFROTATION See Figure 3. SELECTOR The drill driver has a keyless chuck that makes it simple to tighten or release a drill bits in the chuck jaws. The arrows on the chuck indicate which direction to rotate the chuck body in order to LOOK (tighten) or UNLOCK (release) the drill bit.
  • Page 12 INSTALLING BITS See Figures 6 - 7. • Unplug the drill. • Lock the spindle. • Open or close the chuck jaws to a point where the opening is slightly larger than the bit size you intend to use. Also, raise the front of the drill stightly to keep the bit from failing out of the chuck jaws.
