Depending onthe recording conditions, you may n otice brief stops i n
video o rsound playback between scenes.
Special playback modes
To enter the special playback modes, use the wireless controller
([:Z] 22) o rthe joystick guide ( 83 35). There isnosound d uring the spe-
cial p layback modes.
Fast p layback
Perform the following operation during
normal playback. Repeat toincrease the
playback speed toapproximately 5x-_15x
-, 60x the normal speed.
Camcerder: Open ( A) t he joystick guide 0 Select (AV) t he middle row
0 Push the joystick (4_)toward 44 or_.
Wirelesscentrollet: Press _ or (_.
Slow playback
Perform the following operation during
playback pause. Repeat to increase the
playback speed 1/8 -_ 1/4 the normal speed.
Oaracerder: Open (A) the joystick guide 0 Select (AV) the middle row
0 Push the joystick (4_) toward 41 * or 1_.
Wirelesscontroller: Press [4:_-)or (_g_.
• Slow reverseplayback will look the same as continuous frame reverse,
Frame Advance/Reverse
During playback pause, press _ or Ln_ on the wireless controller to
reverse a few frames (approx. 0.5 seconds) or to advance one frame.
Hold the button pressed for continuous playback.
