Food Preparation and Storage Tips

Note: for maximum freshness
store in area "B" (see page 1).
For longer storage, follow directions
for FREEZING.

Wash in cool, clean water. Drain off water but do
not dry, then place in vegetable bin.
Wash, dry, then place in vegetable bin.
Wrap in aluminium foil or waxed paper and place
in fridge.
After cooking, cool for 1-2 hours then cover,
or wrap promptly in aluminium foil to prevent
drying and place in fridge.
Always use on day of purchase or wash /
clean / dry and wrap in aluminium foil, then place
in FREEZER compartment.
For normal use, should be stored in fridge; extra
supplies should be frozen.

STORING FROZEN FOOD

Aluminium foil and plastic wrap
will give best protection when
freezing food.
Never re-freeze food which has
thawed out.
