Use Auto Defl'ost fl)r meat, poultry and fish.

Auto Deti'ost automatically sets tile deti'osting
times and power levels to give even deti'osting
results fin" meats, poultry and fish weighing up
to six pounds.
1. Press AUTO DEFROST.
2. Llsing tile conversion guide below, enter
food weight. For example, press pads 1 and
2 for 1.2 poHllds (1 pound, 24 ounces).
3. Press START.

There is a handy guide located on tile inside
t/"ont of the oven.
* Remo; e meat ti'om package and place on
microwave-sate dish.
*When tile oven signals, turn tile fl)od over.
Remo\ e defl'osted meat or shield warm areas
with small pieces of flfil.
*_Mter defl'osting, most meats need to stand
5 minutes to complete defl'osting. Large
roasts should stand fl)r about 30 minutes.
Conversion Guide
If tile weight of food is stated in po/mds and
O/lliCes_ tile O/lliCes lit list be coilverted to
tenths (.1) of a pound.
