REPLACING T HEDECKDRIVE BELT
• Remove the deckfrombeneath thetractor, ( refer
to DeckRemoval o npage 25).
• Remove thehextapping screwssecuring the belt
coversto the deckandremove the beltfromthe
spindle pulleys. R efer t o Figure 35.
• Install t he newbeltaround the spindle pulleys as
shown in Figure 35 andreinstall thebeltcovers.
• Routethe belt rearward betweenthe two idler
pulleys and reinstall the deck followingthe
instructions in DeckInstallationonpage25.
