Screen Wipe
This feature is used to remove any persistence that can occur with stationary pictures. To operate this

Enter the FEATURES menu as above. Press the cursor
DOWN button to select SCREEN WIPE.

Once highlighted, press OK to activate SCREEN WIPE.

The screen will now turn white. Leave the set like this for approx. 10 minutes.

To return to normal TV operation, press the TV button on your handset.
No Signal Shutdown
If your TV signal is lost for more than approx. 20 seconds, your screen will automatically switch into
'Power Saving' mode. The LED's on the front of the plasma screen and the AVC unit will both turn yellow.
Screen Saver
This feature moves the picture around the screen in small amounts, at set
intervals, to reduce persistence. This is where stationary objects, such as screen
logos, leave a slight image visible after they should have disappeared.
