Problems and Solutions
Problem:
• The maximum number of pages that can be registered is
9,999 pages.
Solution:
• To register more than 10,000 pages, specify the pages to print.
Problem:
• An unknown error has occurred while registering the contents.
Solution:
• Try registering again after restarting the SV-Manager.
Problem:
• If an SD card adapter is used, the memory card is set to read-
only.
Solution:
• Move the notch from the read-only setting.
Problem:
• Files in PC are set to read-only.
Solution:
• Please unlock read-only setting in PC.
Problem:
• The SV-Manager cannot be started by a guest user.
Solution:
• Log off Windows and log back in with a standard user or
administrator account.
