Between when LSTR is
over and when the Copy
Start key is pressed.
For about 6 sec after STBY
is over.
While the copyboard is
moving forward (about 10
sec).
While the copyboard is
moving in reverse (about 4
sec).
After CBRV for the last
copy is over until 3 sec
after the copy paper has
moved past the delivery
sensor.

Description
Waits for a press on the
Copy Start key.
Executes pick-up.
Removes residual charge
from the photosensitive
drum and stabilizes the drum
sensitivity in preparation for
copying operation.
The scanning lamp illumi-
nates the document, and the
reflected optical image is
projected to the photo-
sensitive drum through the
lens array.
Returns the copyboard to the
start position in preparation
for the next copy; if last
copy, the copyboard is
returned to the home
position.
Discharges the last copy.
Remarks
The copyboard
moves from the
home position to
the start position.
The copy paper
is moved to the
transfer
assembly.
In continuous
copying, the pick-
up signal is gen-
erated for pick-up
operation.
