There is another popular option for publishing content to mobile devices — the
native mobile application. You may want to publish content that is very finely
optimized to a specific device. You may also want to distribute and potentially
monetize content in Apple iTunes App Store or Android Marketplace.
Adobe Technical Communication Suite 4 leverages the same workflow for native
mobile application development. Reusing the same configuration and workflows
from HTML5, the Suite supports direct deployment of native mobile applications
for Android from RoboHelp or FrameMaker. With only a few additional steps,
developers can post-process HTML5 output with Adobe Phonegap for native
