Once you restore the uplinks for the host, you can utilize the vSphere Client to examine the events for the host.
This will show you that communication with the other hosts in the cluster has been re-established.
Even after you have re-established the network connections, you'll notice that the host still displays a warning.
This warning is due to the fact that the ESXi Shell is still enabled.

Using the console, select Disable ESXi Shell under the Troubleshooting Mode Options screen to disable ESXi
Shell access.
