Allows you to answer all
calls at an extension or
external telephone and use
codes to turn the machine
on or off. You can
personalize these codes.
Choose the receive options
for incoming faxes.
Cuts the size of incoming
faxes.
You can set the machine to
either forward fax
messages, store incoming
faxes in the memory (so
you can retrieve them while
you are away from your
machine), or send faxes to
your PC.
If you choose Fax Forward

can turn on the safety
