Audio Subsystem

The audio subsystem consists of the following:
• Intel 82801JD (ICH10D)
• Realtek ALC662 audio codec
The audio subsystem supports the following audio interfaces:
• S/PDIF header
• Front panel audio header with support for Intel
Audio) and AC '97 audio
• Back panel audio connectors
NOTE
Systems built with an AC '97 audio front panel will not be able to obtain the Microsoft
Windows Vista logo.
Table 5 lists the supported functions of the front panel and back panel audio jacks.
