MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY
NOTE! This Warranty does not limit the rights you may have
under any mandatory consumer protection laws of your
country.
GENERAL
Nokia Corporation ("Nokia") provides this limited Warranty
("Warranty") for the Nokia product(s) with Windows Phone
included in the original sales package ("Product"). Your
Product is a sophisticated electronic device. Nokia strongly
encourages you to read and follow its user guide. Please
also note that your Product may contain parts which can be
damaged if not handled very carefully.
During the warranty period, Nokia or a Nokia authorized
service center will remedy defects in materials, design
and workmanship free of charge and in a commercially
reasonable time by either repairing or, at Nokia's option,
replacing your Product under this Warranty.
This Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the county
where you purchased the Product, provided it was
manufactured by Nokia for purposes of being sold in such
county. The warranty services may be limited to a certain
extent in connection with country specifi c elements in the
Products developed for a particular country.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period starts when the Product is sold to
the fi rst end-user for the fi rst time. This can be evidenced
either by (i) the proof of purchase issued by the fi rst retailer
or (ii) the date your Product has fi rst been registered by
Nokia. The Product may consist of several diff erent parts
and diff erent parts may be covered by a diff erent warranty
period.
Nokia provides the Warranty for the Products in the sales
pack as follows:
(i) Twelve (12) months for the mobile device, non-removable
battery and accessories (whether included in the mobile
device sales package or sold separately) other than the
consumable parts and accessories listed in (ii) and (iii)
below;
