4G Mobile Hotspot

Use your phone's 4G Mobile Hotspot to share your phone's
4G network connection with up to 8 PCs or other devices
through Wi-Fi, using your phone as the mobile Wi-Fi hotspot.
Note: 4G Mobile Hotspot consumes battery power and uses
data service. There is a monthly charge for the 4G
Mobile Hotspot feature, and all data used by connected
devices will apply to the customer's data allowance.

Configuring 4G Mobile Hotspot Settings
Configure your phone's 4G Mobile Hotspot settings, including
your phone's name and password, security, and visibility of
your phone's 4G Mobile Hotspot. (For more information, refer
to "4G Mobile Hotspot" on page 123.)

Turning On 4G Mobile Hotspot
Activate your phone's 4G Mobile Hotspot to allow other
devices to use your phone's internet connection.
1. Touch Home
Wireless & networks

Touch Home
Hotspot.
An Attention pop-up appears advising that you must
have the 4G Mobile Hotspot feature added to our rate
plan to be able to use the feature.
2. Press OK. The 4G Mobile Hotspot screen appears.
3. Read the Introduction to Mobile Hotspot, then touch 4G
Mobile Hotspot to turn the service on.
4. Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot consumes battery power. Read
the information about battery usage, then touch Accept
to proceed. Your phone establishes a connection to the
network for the 4G Mobile Hotspot service.
5. Under Settings, touch Network Settings. The 4G Mobile
Hotspot settings screen appears.
6. When you are finished using 4G Mobile Hotspot, touch
4G Mobile Hotspot to turn the service off.
