Recording CD tracks to MP3 Player

Switch the system on by pressing On/Standby.

Insert a SmartMedia
Card into the
MP3 Player.

Connect MP3 Player to the
WINGO as illustrated.
Refer to page 9
for connecting.

Press the Open/Close(
Insert the CD with the label side up.

Press the Function Switch of the WINGO and set to CD mode.

Press the CD Synchro Button of the WINGO.
Press the CD Synchro Button to start recording CD tracks from
WINGO to the MP3 Player.
If "REC" is indicated on the MP3 player, recording starts.
Making MP3 files from selected CD tracks
1. Select the CD track you want to record in MP3 Player.
Refer to page 17.
2. Press the CD Synchro Button of WINGO.
To stop Recording
Press the /Tuning Mode Button during Recording.
If SmartMedia Card memory is filled up during CD Synchro, "SMC FULL" is
shown on the Wingo Display and CD recording is no longer possible.
If this occurs, some MP3 files must be deleted before using.
If the electricity is cut off by a power failure, the AC plug is removed acci-
dentally, or the MP3 player is pulled out of Wingo body during CD
Synchro, the MP3 file stored in the SmartMedia Card may be damaged. If
this occurs, you must reformat the SmartMedia Card and re-record.
Deleting a single MP3 file
1. Select the MP3 track in the MP3 Player.
2. Press the Delete Button for over 1 second.
Result: The following indication appear: These will blink during deletion
process.
00-DEL
00 = Track No.
Deleting all files in MP3 Player
Press to Delete Button for over 5 second, during STOP mode.
Result : The following indication appear: These will blink during deletion process.
