Digital Still Camera mode
Recording an image from a cassette as a still image.
✤ You can record a still image from a cassette onto a Memory
Stick.
✤ If you want to recorded multiple still images
from a cassette to a Memory Stick, use the
COPY function.
(see page 92)
✤ The still images date/time will reflect the date
and time the copies are made.
✤ The image size of a still image recorded from
cassette onto a Memory Stick will be

480.
1. Set the mode switch to TAPE.
2. Set the power switch to PLAYER mode.
3. Play back the cassette.
4. Press the PHOTO button lightly (about halfway
down), when the image you want to record
appears.

The camcorder is set to playback pause
(STILL) mode.

If you do not wish to record, release the
PHOTO button, select the image again.
5. Press the PHOTO button fully down.

The still image is recorded to the Memory Stick.

While the camcorder is recording the still
image, "
" appears on the screen.

✤ Es posible grabar imágenes fijas de un casete en el Memory

✤ Si desea grabar varias imágenes fijas de un
casete en un Memory Stick, utilice la función
COPY (copia; ver página 92).
✤ La fecha y la hora de las imágenes fijas
reflejará la fecha y la hora en que se
realizaron las copias.
✤ El tamaño de una imagen fija grabada de un
casete en el Memory Stick es de 640
1. Ajuste el interruptor de modalidad en TAPE.
2. Ajuste la videocámara en la modalidad PLAYER.
3. Reproduzca el casete.
4. Pulse el botón PHOTO ligeramente (hacia la
mitad) cuando aparezca la imagen que desee
grabar.

La videocámara se ajustará en la modalidad
de pausa (STILL).

Si no desea grabarla, suelte el botón
PHOTO y seleccione la imagen de nuevo.
5. Pulse el botón PHOTO por completo.

La imagen fija se graba en el Memory Stick.

Mientras se graba la imagen, en la pantalla
aparece el símbolo "
