Entering Text - Motorola V60G Start Here Manual

The message center lets you compose and send text
messages. A flashing cursor shows where text will appear:
Flashing
cursor
indicates
insertion
point.

Press CANCEL (
without making changes.
When you enter text using the standard tap method (see
page 28), the flashing cursor changes to a block cursor,
and the soft key functions change:
Block cursor
indicates
highlighted
character.
After 2 seconds, block cursor
reverts to flashing cursor and
moves to next position.

Entering Text

Multiple text entry methods make it easy for you to enter
names, numbers, and messages.
