How to Set the Oven for Convection Roasting when Using the Probe
(on some models)
The display will flash PROBE and the oven
control
Mll signal if the probe
is inserted
into the outlet,
and you have not set
a probe
temperatm'e
and touched
the
START pad.

(A). Insert the probe

into the toed.

Plug
the probe
into
the
outlet
in the
oxen.
Make
sure
it is
pushed all
the
wax in. Close
the
oxen

Touch
the CONVECTION ROAST pad.

Touch
the number
pads to set the
desired
oxen temperature.

Touch
the PROBE pad.
[]
Touch
the immber
pads to set the
desired
internal
t0od temperature.
To change
the oven temi)eratm'e
dtwing
the Convection
Roast wcle, touch
the
CONVECtiON ROAST
pad
and then touch
the number
pads to set the new desired
temperatm'e.

STARTpad.
