If there is a problem, what are the symptoms?
DDS : At power on, both lights flash, and then the orange light stays on.
DLT : At power on, all the left/right side lights continually flash
At power on, none of the lights come on.
DLT : The system fails to recognize the drive.
DLT : The drive will not accept a tape cartridge.
Backing Up the Appliance
The appliance automatically gets backed up on tape, if it has detected a drive present
with a tape loaded.
