Tethering and portable hotspot.

Portable Wi-Fi hotspot to activate mobile network
Select
sharing via Wi-Fi.

Configure Mobile HotSpot to configure network
Select
settings to use your device as an AP.

On another device, locate your device's name and connect
to your mobile network.
Settings
Function
Edit the device name that will be
shown to other devices.
Select a security type.
Enter a password to prevent
unapproved access to your mobile
network. This option is available only
when you set the security option.
