WARNING Failure to place harness over the metal bar of the harness/headrest adjuster in back can result in serious injury or death.

    4358-3340A Instrctions 11/15/04 9:18 AM Pull pad off the top of seat and off of headrest. Pull pad out from under buckle cover and work it off the shell. Slip off armrest pads. From the back, use a screwdriver to press in on lip of upper harness guides and pop guides through the front.
