fractional equivalent, if possible.

Lets you insert a character at the cursor.

Turns on the constant mode and lets you define a constant.

nCr Calculates the number of possible combinations.

RAND Generates a random 10-digit real number between 0
and 1.
RANDI Generates a random integer between 2 numbers that
you specify. Separate the 2 numbers with a comma.
