PowerConnect 3324/3348 Release Notes
Description
PowerConnect 3324/3348".
Description
An Access Control List (ACL) can be deleted even if it is bound to an interface.
Deletion of the ACL results in automatic unbinding of the ACL from all interfaces to
which it had been bound.
If/when the interface is again created; the ACL will automatically be bound to it.
For example: create VLAN n, bind ACL x to it. If VLAN n is deleted, the ACL
remains "bound" fictively. When VLAN n is recreated, ACL x is "automatically"
bound to it.
Work-around: Delete the ACL and re-create it.
Description
PowerConnect 3324/3348 does not have a real time Clock. So date and time must
be set if device is rebooted.
Description
Stack ring must be fully synchronized before master initializes bridge. If stack ring is
open (cables disconnected) for more than two minutes a reboot will occur. Bridge is
not enabled after reboot if stack ring is still disconnected.
