Over the next few pages, you'll learn how to block

programs and understand the rating terms for certain

broadcasts. First set your password.

1. Press MENU to see the PICTURE main menu.

2. Press VOL+ or VOL- repeatedly to select the Setup menu.

3. Press CH+ or CH- repeatedly to highlight P. Lock.

4. Press OK. The display asking you to Enter Your Code will

appear on the screen. If you want to set a new code, go on to

step 5-7 directly. (You can press the number buttons to enter

a four-digit code. The code "0000" is the default of the TV. If

you have not set up a code previously, then "0000" is the

code).

Resetting your Password

5 . Follow the above step 1 to step 4.

Press VOL+ on the remote and CHANNEL+ on the front

of the TV at the same time. . Enter New Code will appear on

the screen. (You must be in the Enter Code screen when

attempting this).

6. Press the number buttons to enter a four-digit code. The

code will appear on the screen as you enter it.

7. Press OK to save the code.

8. Press MENU repeatedly to exit the menu or the menu will

automatically disappear within a few seconds if no buttons are

pressed on the remote control.
