Power LEDs. The Front Panel Connector (J80) has been implemented for such purposes.

Closed (default): LAN1 port is disabled.

Power off the system and disconnect the power supply.
Close pins 2 and 3 on JP1
Wait about 5 seconds
Close pins 1 and 2 on JP1
Reconnect the power supply and power on the system
