SWF/Image widget
The SWF/Image widget loads a GIF, JPEG, PNG, or SWF file into
the panel. The URL field accepts any of the following forms:
URL: http://somesite.com/picture.png
Absolute path: /User/user/test.jpg
Relative path: test.gif or ./test.gif
