Workaround/Solution
There is no workaround or
solution (OS clients must

If the administrator is sure that
the username and password are
correctly entered, log into the
DR4000 CLI and enter the
following command:
network --ping
--destination <fully qualified
domain name of domain>
Use the Factory Reset option in
the Restore Manager (RM)
program, to reset the DR4000
system to its factory
configuration.
WARNING:
The Factory Reset
mode deletes all DR4000
system data. Factory Reset
mode should only be used
when the data is no longer
needed.

assistance prior to using the RM
program.
