Why should I change my Gatekeeper settings?

The Gatekeeper settings suggested by the Interview will display the fewest
number of alert messages. If you are using an older browser version or just
want a higher level of security, you may want to change your settings under
the following circumstances:
If you
Want to be warned when the site that you are
going to has been known to cause damage, e.g.
contains virus-infected files, Trojan horse, prank
or destructive ActiveX controls, or other security
concerns. (To keep Guard Dog's list of harmful
sites current and effective, use Update monthly.)
Want to be warned when a program is using
your modem to dial out.
