Unlike a standard webcam, the DCS-932L is a complete system with a built- in CPU and web server that transmits high quality video images for security and surveillance.

    Connect the Ethernet Cable Connect the included Ethernet cable to the network cable connector located on the back panel of the DCS-932L and attach it to the network.     WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK uses a passphrase or key to authenticate your wireless connection. The key is an alpha-numeric password between 8 and 63 characters long.     DCS-932L, follow the steps outlined in the Quick Installation Guide. After you have completed the setup of the DCS-932L outlined in the Quick Installation Guide you will have an operating camera that has an assigned IP Address.

The DCS-932L Live Video Page appears with a window displaying live video from the camera. You are able to view this screen from any PC running Internet Explorer on your LAN.
