Troubleshooting
If you have no Connection
On occasion it may be necessary for you to manually establish
communication between the receiver and the mouse and keyboard.
This may be necessary when installing your kit for the first time, or
after changing batteries in your keyboard and mouse.
To do this:
1 Press the Connect button on the receiver.
2 Use a narrow pointed object to press the Connect button on the
battery compartment cover on the underside of the mouse.
3 Press the Connect button on the underside of the keyboard.
If there is still no connection, it may be necessary to change your
BIOS settings.
To do this:
1 Connect a PS/2 keyboard.
2 Restart your PC. On restarting your PC press F2 or F8 and F2
depending on the model of your PC to enter the BIOS setup.
3 In the Advanced menu of the Setup program set USB Legacy to
enabled.
4 Save your settings and exit the Setup program.
5 Unplug your PS/2 keyboard. Your cordless keyboard and mouse
should now work.
