Synchronize Microsoft® Outlook® calendar
You can synchronize Microsoft® Outlook® calendar on your computer with
Google Calendar on the web. Since Calendar on your device can automatically
synchronize with Google Calendar, you can access your Microsoft Outlook calendar
appointments and events on your device anytime.
Note
Make sure that your computer is running on Windows Vista® or 3-bit Windows® XP
operating system and that your Microsoft® Outlook® version is 003 or 007.
To synchronize your Microsoft Outlook calendar
1.
On your computer, download the Google Calendar Sync application from:
http://dl.google.com/googlecalendarsync/GoogleCalendarSync_Installer.exe
2. When a dialog box appears, click Save File.
3. Once downloading is completed, the file should open automatically. If it
doesn't, manually open it from your browser's download window.
4. When prompted, click OK to confirm installation.
5. Read through the Google Calendar Sync Terms of Service, and click I Agree.
If you have other pending event reminders,
these events will also appear on the screen.
Touch Snooze all to snooze all event
reminders for five minutes.
Touch Dismiss all to dismiss all event
reminders.
Press BACK to keep the reminders
pending in the notifications area of the
status bar.
