Shows the current system settings.
The following information is shown:
1. TMC status*:

TMC icon black: TMC traffic information is
received from an RDS-TMC station;

TMC icon light grey: Received radio station
does not broadcast TMC information;
–
TMC icon dark grey: Inserted map CD does not support TMC.
2. Selected route planning criterion:
N: Use highways

M: Use no highways
–
C: Optimize time
–
V: Optimize distance
–
3. Audible guidance advice:
D: Voice messages on
–
F: Voice messages off
–
4. Time and date

This screen is only available if a traffic
obstruction is ahead on your planned route.
The following information is available:
–
Distance to the obstruction
– Type of obstruction (for example
roadwork, traffic jam, closed road)
–
Length of the obstruction
When you are within the traffic obstruction:
–
Distance you have already driven within
the obstruction
–
Type of obstruction
–
Distance to the end of the obstruction
Alternative route
This menu gives you the possibility to force the system to plan an alternative
route (see chapter "ALTERNATIVE ROUTE", page 28).
This menu is automatically skipped no route is planned or no alternative route
is available.
