than 30 days. Terms surrounding charges for storage will be posted
on the Pictures Web site or otherwise disclosed prior to becoming
effective. Sprint does not warrant that pictures or images stored will
not be deleted, modified or damaged and Users understand and
accept the risk of the loss of their stored pictures and images. If
pictures or images are particularly valuable, have sentimental or
other intangible value or are otherwise unique or irreplaceable,
reliable storage alternatives should be used, including hard copy
duplication and electronic back up and storage. There may be a
maximum number of pictures and images that you will be allowed to
store. You may be charged for pictures or images stored in excess of
this maximum. Both the maximum and the charges for pictures/
images in excess of the maximum may be changed from time to time;
the maximum and charges for pictures/images in excess of the
maximum will be posted on the Pictures Web site or otherwise
disclosed prior to becoming effective. You may upload pictures or
images from your PCS Vision Camera. You and those to whom you
send pictures or images from your account storage area(s) may
download pictures or images to a camera or a personal computer.
However, pictures and images cannot be uploaded from a personal
computer from the Pictures Web site.

maintaining an active Pictures Account. Please refer to the section
"Termination for more terms affecting the storage of pictures.
C. User Conduct
You agree not to use this Service to process, digitize, post, upload,
store, share or otherwise obtain Prohibited Content. Generally,
"Prohibited Content" includes (without limitation) any of the
following types of Content:
1. Content Sprint decides, if its discretion is abusive, deceptive,
pornographic, obscene, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, or
otherwise inappropriate, including, but not limited to, content that
depicts or might be considered child abuse, child pornography, that
depicts minors engaged in sexual conduct or explicitly sexual
situations, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or
criminal liability under applicable state or federal law, or violating
