Settings for your software

If your software is set to monitor audio data during
recording, the audio data will loop, and will not be
recorded correctly. Monitoring of audio data during
recording must be turned off. For details on this setting,
refer to the manual of the software you are using.
I Settings for Cubase VST users
The explanation in this manual is based on the English
version of Cubase VST 5.0. Please be aware that some
menu items may be named differently in other versions
of the software.
1.
In Cubase VST, execute Options - AudioSetup -
System....
2.
As the ASIO Device, select M-100FX ASIO 24bit.
3.
For the Monitoring setting, select Global Disable.
4.
Click [OK] to close the dialog box.
I Settings for Logic users
1.
In Logic, choose Audio - Audio Hardware & Drivers....
2.
In the "Preferences" dialog box, open the "ASIO" item.
3.
Make sure that "Software Monitoring" is unchecked.
