Troubleshooting

1. The player does not work.
Recharge the player.
Set the hold button to the unlock position.
Check if the file system is NTFS. If yes ,format it to FAT or FAT32.
2. The player cannot play MP3 files.
Make sure MP3 files are stored in the proper location of the flash memory.
Make sure MP3 files are in the format supported by the player.
If you have DRM10 files, make sure the files have not expired.
Make sure the player is in Music Mode.
3. The player cannot play voice files.
Make sure voice files are stored in the proper location of the flash memory.
Make sure voice files are in the format supported by the player.
Make sure the player is in Voice Mode.
4. A-B section repeat fails.
Make sure you are playing music or a voice file.
5. Display Backlight is off.
Check if the backlight in system setting is set to "No".
6. No removable disk directory appears after the player is connected to a computer
Only Windows 98SE, ME, 2000 and XP are supported.
Make sure you have correctly installed the driver program in your computer with
Windows 98 and the player is powered on.
Connect the USB jack of the player properly.
Check"Player Manager"of the computer to make sure that the player is correctly installed.
7.The player is dead locked suddenly .
Shut down the player and restart it.
