Setting up the VCR Plus+ ® system
Thanks to this programming system, you no longer need to
tediously enter the date, programme number, start and end
times. All the information needed by the DVD recorder for
programming is contained in the VCR Plus+ ® programming
number. ThisPlusCode number is found in most TV listings
magazine.
1.Turn on the TV set and the DVD-Recorder,
and press [SOURCE] to switch your TV' s input
source to "AV."
2.Press [EDIT] to bring up the "Channel Editor"
menu, press [p] [q] to select one of the "TV
Channel" and press [u].
3.Press [p] [q] to select "VCR Plus+" icon
and press [ENTER].
The display for entering a "Guide Channel Number (GCN
number)" appears.
4.Press [t] [u][p] [q] to enter the "Guide
Channel Number (GCN number)"and press
[ENTER].
5. To set the GCN number for other channels,
repeat from step 2 to 4. Or, press [t] [u][p]
[q] to select the "EXIT" icon and press
[ENTER] to save the setting and exit the "Chan-
nel Editor" menu.
