When roaming in countries where both CDMA and GSM networks are
present, you can make your phone to connect to a CDMA or a GSM
network only.
1. From the main Home screen, press MENU , and then tap
Settings.
2. Tap Call > Preferred Network.
3. Select Global Mode, CDMA Mode or GSM / UMTS Mode.
Call services
Your phone can directly link to the mobile phone network, and enable
you to access and change the settings of various phone services for
your phone. Call services may include call forwarding, call waiting,
voicemail, and more. Contact Verizon Wireless to find out about the
availability of call services for your phone.
To open call services, press MENU from the Home screen, and then
tap Settings > Call.

Shows the current voicemail service being used.
Specify another voicemail number.
If you have a notification of a new voicemail, you can
clear the notification with this option.
When enabled, the phone automatically redials a
number when the attempted call fails.
Turn on the Hearing Aid Compliance feature that
reduces interference to hearing aids.
Lets you select the type of network your phone
connects to so you can place phone calls and have data
