Every time you log on to your mailbox, mails in your Unsent Folder will

be sent automatically. After they have been sent, they will be placed in
the sent folder. If sending fails or is interrupted, the document to be sent
will have an icon next to it. The meanings of the icon are as follows:

Receiving E-mail

1 At the main menu, Tap
accessing your Email to connect to the Internet and log on to your
Mailbox.
2 If log on is successful, tap
will receive new mails automatically and place them in your Inbox.
3 Tap Inbox to view all messages. The symbol in front of the message
indicates the message status:
Unread new message,
Message already read.
