Fuse Replacement
If the fuse blows, check the power connection Warning
and replace the fuse. If the fuse blows again Use the specified amperage fuse for each lead.
after the replacement, there may be an internal Use of a higher amperage fuse may cause
malfunction. In this case, consult your nearest serious damage.

Cleaning the Head and the Tape Path
Prolonged use may contaminate the tape head
and the tape path. Contamination may cause
sound drop-out in playback. Clean the tape
head and the tape path every two weeks to
enjoy optimum hi-fi stereo sound. Use a
commercially available cleaning cassette.
Cleaning the Connector
The unit may not function properly if the Main unit
connectors between the unit and the front panel
are contaminated with dirt. In order to prevent
this from happening, detach the front panel by
pressing the RELEASE button and clean the
connectors from time to time.
Clean the connectors with a cotton swab as
illustrated. Be sure to clean them with a Rear of the front panel
horizontal motion. Never clean them vertically
as this could damage the connecting points. NS
