might sound and the
display shows the fol-
lowing message:
AutoDos maintenance re-
quired
The dishwasher does
not switch off at the end
of the programme.
The crockery may not
be clean because an in-
sufficient amount of de-
tergent was dispensed.
The AutoDos func-
tion is automatically de-
activated during the
programme sequence.
Cause and remedy
There is a fault in the AutoDos or the PowerDisk
holder has not been inserted.
Switch the dishwasher off.
If necessary, remove the PowerDisk holder and re-
insert it (see "Detergent – Automatic dispensing/
AutoDos").
Switch the dishwasher back on and restart the
programme.
If the fault message appears again, there is a tech-
nical fault. However, you can continue using your
dishwasher by removing the PowerDisk holder again
and reinserting it. After closing the lid, deactivate
AutoDos by pressing the AutoDos sensor control
and manually dispense the detergent via the deter-
gent compartment (see "Detergent – Manual deter-
gent dispensing").
If you wish to use automatic dispensing again,
contact the Miele Customer Service Department.
No or an empty PowerDisk has been inserted or the
AutoDos is blocked by residual detergent. Detergent
dosage is insufficient.
The AutoDos function was automatically deactiv-
ated.
Switch the dishwasher off and back on again.
Multiple messages appear in the display.
Clean the AutoDos (see "Detergent – Cleaning the
AutoDos").
Insert a full PowerDisk and close the AutoDos lid.
Clean the lower spray arm (see "Cleaning and care
– Cleaning the spray arms").
Select OK to confirm each message.
Activate the AutoDos function by confirming the
message
