MANUAL PROGRAMING
With the manual
program search system, the channels you want
can be preset in a desired sequence.
Any channel can be set to any program position. Consult your local
TV listings to find out the active channels in your area. Make a list
of your desired VHF and UHF channels
and arrange them
ina
desired sequence.

Check that the TV is in the TV mode.
Depress © to turn on the TV.
If "FHL? lights in the program indicator, press the TV/VIDEO
select button.
Press the + or — PROGR button to select the number of the program
position to which the channel is to be preset.

Press the RESET button and then the VHF or UHF SEARCH button.
The first channel found will be tuned. Every time you press the SEARCH button, a
higher-numbered channel is located, so press the button until the desired station is
received.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all the desired channels.
RESET button
If this button is pressed, the set will be automatically tuned to a fre-
quency below channel E2.
If you want to skip a particular program position when scanning
with the PROGR
buttons on the Remote
Commander,
press the
RESET button when the indicator shows that position.
