PLAYBACK OPERATION
1. Set the FUNCTION switch to the "TAPE" position.
2. Press the STOP/EJECT button and insert the cassette into
the cassette compartment, then close the lid.
3. Set the TAPE switch for the type of the tape being used.
4. Set the MODE switch for the mode of source recorded.
5. Press the PLAY button @) .
6. Adjust the VOLUME, BASS, TREBLE and
BALANCE
Controls to your desired Sound and tone quality.
7. Press the STOP/EJECT button to stop playback at your
desired position. When the tape is wound completely, the
PLAY button will be released automatically.
NOTES: • When the VOLUME control is adjusted to the low
level, LOUDNESS will be automatically compen-
sated for better listening (at LOUDNESS range).
• The BALANCE control provides a "dick" position
in its slide-path. Normal/y best balance is obtained
at this dick position.
• The right and left VU/SOUND LED LEVEL IN-
DICA TORS will show the recording output level.
